Final Placement 2016 at IIM Udaipur saw an average (overall) salary offer of Rs 12.91 lakh (per annum) and highest domestic offer of Rs 21.50 Lakh.
The Average (Domestic) offer was Rs. 12.12 lakhs per annum. The Top 25 percentile stood at Rs. 18.13 lakhs per annum and Top 50 percentile at: Rs. 15.64 lakhs per annum
While 113 members of the 118-member PGP batch participated in the placements, 110 received offers. Five students did not seek placement through the institute.

As many as 39 recruiters extended offers in diverse areas. These included 15 % of the batch receiving PPOs/PPIs based on their performance during the summer internship.
While 103 students found posts in domestic locations, of the 7 international recruits, 1 was to be located in Africa and the rest in the Middle East.
International offers were made by FMCG giants Bakhresa group (Mozambique) and Al-Babtain group (Kuwait) who were among first time recruiters. While Bakhresa group and GE offered Leadership role, Al-Babtain group offered roles across Marketing and Sales vertical.
The recruiters had among the first timers prominent companies like Droom, GirnarSoft, ICRA Management Consulting (IMaCS), JP Morgan Chase, MySmartPrice, Safexpress, Rays Experts, VKL Spices and Vodafone.
Recruiters returning to campus included Amul, Bajaj Auto, Berger Paints, BPCL, Crisil , Cummins, Deloitte, Fidelity Investments GE, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential, Infosys BPO, KPMG, MAQ Software, Rategain , RBL Bank, Titan, Tolexo, Vedanta, Wipro and Yes Bank.
The batch had 22% females. Students with prior work experience comprised 84% and the average work experience was 24 months. Previous employers included Accenture, EY, Tata Motors,Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Maruti, L&T, John Deere and J.P. Morgan.
As far as educational background is concerned, 87% were from engineering, followed by 4% each from management and commerce.
While 34% of the batch had 24-35 months of previous work experience, 26% had 12-23 months, 20% more than 36 months and 16% freshers.
Sector-wise, 26% of offers were from BFSI, followed by 23% from IT/ITeS and 13% consulting.
